Therapeutic Indications:  allergies, asthma, bronchitis, cold, flu, laryngitis, sinusitis, respiratory infections.

Inhalation: Pour boiling water into a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of the contents of the jar over boiled water; we cover our head with a towel and bring it over the vessel. The inhalation process takes several minutes and consists of light and deep breathing.

Baths:  To enjoy the beneficial effect of salt and plants in this composition, add some of the contents of the jar in the bag, letting the water flow with a lot of pressure over it.  The bag can be reused whenever you need it. The recommended duration of the bath is 15-20 minutes.
