Therapeutic Indications: Respiratory allergies, asthma, bronchitis, cold, flu, laryngitis, respiratory tract infections.
Inhalation: Pour boiling water into a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of the contents of the jar over boiled water; we cover our head with a towel and bring it over the vessel. The inhalation process takes several minutes and consists of light and deep breathing.
Baths: Put about 200g of bath salt, fill the tub with hot water and enjoy the bath for 15-20 minutes. One bath is recommended every day every 1-2 days.
